Also, my service area just switched over to the scatter plots this year and I've heard the year end consensus meetings were really heated and ugly - definitely not the same as previous years. I'm just not that excited. Maybe it's me being all Eeyore, glass half empty 😕

The % depends on level. E.g., 23% of base for an SC.

What are you talking about? The bonus scale is very progressive. If you are talking salary bump I get it - but otherwise doesn't match up.
AIP target %s increase at more senior levels. I don't have the exact #s, but I think it's up to maybe 10-15% for C, up to 20% for SCs, 25% for M and 35% for SM. Those are rough #s and the top of the range is jus my for 1 performers.

The difference in salary/bonus between a 1 and a 2 is pretty big, much bigger than between a 2 and a 3.
Anyone have actual percentages for bonus they got at SC for a 1 or a 2? Last year as a C I got a 2 and got a 10.5% bonus.
Last year I got 20% bonus with a 1, was my first year at SC.
