How many times do you typically need to deliver a presentation/public talk before you become fluent and organic at it?

Can someone tell me how it's actually possible to succeed in a fast paced, demanding industry (public accounting), as a breastfeeding mom when you don't live by family or have friends to help with children, but you have to me charge goals? If my son is sick, it's on me. And being a billable worker, it's impossible to manage charge hours with the unexpected always happening when it comes to children.
