In my current CTC, I have a consulting bonus which will be given end of 1 year completion. (1Lakh).
I'm in the 11th month now. If I apply for resignation now, will I be entitled for the bonus next month ?

I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)
How do I go about raising this concern? I believe I should be paid more now and at least change my job title?

Lease is up in December on 2018 Camry. Thinking about buying my next car. Really like the 4Runner, but at 50k new, 40k for 2018-19- I want to consider my options. Recommendations? X5? RX?

Leased a new Audi Quattro vehicle. Car ate through the original tires in 17k miles. Outer part of the tires were wasted, but the inside still had a lot of tread. I think there’s an issue with the alignment. Audi says they won’t check the alignment unless I pay up, claim it’s not covered by warranty or my maintenance plan. Anyone had a similar issue?
