How do you ask for points?
I am deputed at the client office. I use PSL laptop only to check mails. But in my last appraisal my manager told me that I need to get 60 credit points for promotion. But due to client work load, i won't be able to do that. So, I have resigned from PSL mentioning the same that promotion will not happen.
But my manager told me that he will try to give me a promotion in next cycle (ignoring the credit points clause). He is asking me to withdraw resign
Shall I withdraw my resign? Persistent

Kept getting 600s on CATs, landed a 730 in the real deal
Math is easier, verbal is pretty close. I'd say increase you math by 2/3 points and leave your verbal and see what that makes
40 pts for me
Took it twice, 40 points first time 50 points second time
They're just not the same, use them for practice I guess but use the official tests to gage how you'll score on the real thing
I used Manhattan and took the GMAT just last month. I got 650 on all 3 of the practice tests that I took in the 2 months before my test. Got a 720 on the actual test. And honestly the math I got was so easy I felt like I bombed it... (My verbal was much higher than my quant though pulling me up to a 720)
100+ points differential for me. Quit MGMAT CATs after third one because both verbal and math were so ridiculously hard
I preferred to err on the side of ridiculously hard. Did about 10 CATs before the test (you can reset the five in Manhattan prep). Makes the real test a breeze
50 point swing for me. 680 on Manhattan CATs --> 730 on actual exam
Manhattan GMAT CATs vs actual GMAT
70 point swing for me
