The week before I sold the house I was $90,000 in credit card debt, had $600 in the bank, and had to borrow money from my parents for groceries. Now I sold the house, and literally have $1,000,000 cash in the bank. I can’t tell this to anyone I know but I have to tell someone.

So two weeks ago, my friend returned from India and took a Covid test five days later that came out as negative two days later so I met her. But just 36 hours ago, her husband, who is fully vaccinated, started experimenting drowsiness, nausea, fever, body pain and stomach knots. Very specific question - Canadian and European spouse travelling to Canada from Europe. However, spouse’s ETA not approved. Is anyone else watching attrition rise? I’m noticing across my projects and teams that people are burned out or looking at other opportunities. Curious what from folks are doing to support their teams, while trying to do deliver project work. I’m finding it hard to push people to deliver while recognizing they are mentally exhausted.
