Food for thought this a Friday. Quiet quitting has been trending for the last few weeks. This is problematic in two ways. A) Doesn’t actually identify the root cause for burnout (I.e abuse at work or poor company culture B) Completely dismisses a whole demographic of people unable to do the bare minimum without facing penalty. Any other thoughts? https://www.theroot.com/why-is-quiet-quitting-a-thing-for-white-people-but-n-1849407594/amp
KPMG I’m confused on your referral process. Had a friend refer me before I made an account, made an account, applied to two jobs and got rejected (that’s fine). But if I want to apply to a third job, will it still be under her referral or do I need a new referral? (She said she can’t refer me again for 12 months) I’m not even sure if I applied correctly under her referral. The first two jobs I applied for were through talent community as I normally would without a referral. Help, I’m so lost :(

So, I did not pivot into sales - although I have read on here than nurses have moved into pharma sales without much of a bootcamp or anything (sales is more about talking the talk anyways, not a cert) but I do legal nurse consulting and it is quite lucrative.
