Hi folks, how is thoughtworks as an organisation?
Asking because I don't know much about it and have received recruiter's call today. Currently I am working in Deloitte. How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? My research gives me a mixed review: some say it's good, some say that thoughtworks is not stable enough like big 4 or other organisations. Pls help Thoughtworks Deloitte

No way. Hear her out. Let her pour her heart out. Then hit her with the “I’m seeing someone else” or just say you’re going to the bathroom and walk out instead.
Being cruel hurts her and you. Be a good a partner and honor what you had. Don’t be a dick. The world doesn’t need more mean people.
OP - contrary to popular opinion, I d recommend dont play games. Hear her out. Life brings ups and downs and communication is key to long term relationships. If you have feelings for her, turning her down because your angry will only cause regrets later. It is OK to let her know how much she has hurt you and what you will need from her to rekindle this.
@OP I actually second this. Not sure what the circumstances were that led to the breakup. Completely understand it broke your heart and you tried getting back together . All I can say is- relationships are complex and not so black and white and do not make a decision from a place of anger or ego.. both of those make you make mistakes .. I would say .. give yourself sometime to process what you’re feeling . It was obviously triggering to hear from her again, especially since you say you wanted to propose (so I presume a very serious relationship). Once you’re feeling a little more neutral (anger and ego isn’t consuming you)… give her a chance . Hear her out .. truly understand what were her reasons for breaking up the first time around . Ask yourself honestly- do you still love her ? People are complex beings.. she perhaps needed sometime to sort out something internally .. time gave her perspective.. made her miss you and want to get back together . Responding from a place of ego or tit for tat may potentially give you a short term hit .. but you do not want to do something that you may regret long term. Just hear her out . If after that, it doenst sit right with you … you have your answer there. Atleast you won’t regret it and you can go through life , knowing you gave it an honest try . Good luck .
You don’t need to decide today. Give yourself time to decide if you want to see her or not. If you do, have your talking points ready and also be ready to listen. If she asks to get back together, tell her you need time to think about it.
Do you have any feelings for her? If you do, wait a little more before getting back. Let her try a bit harder to get you back. If not, answer is simple just move on.
Update: we had a very, very long talk a few days ago. I was upfront about my concerns about getting back together and whether we could last, whether I could trust her (I always had gut feelings about infidelity but chose to ignore them), and the frequent arguments over nothing towards the end of the first relationship. For those who asked, she kind of left out of the blue the first time. It was a very and quick and abrupt change from everything going great to her arguing and leaving.
Tonight we were going to see fireworks together, giving this a second shot despite its shaky foundations. The last few days were reminiscent of our honeymoon period.
A few hours ago I found out after we had broken up 6 months ago, she had dated and slept with a bunch of people including 2 mutual friends. I found out in such a manner this was very, very likely true. At that point I couldn’t handle this joke of a charade “relationship” anymore. I was furious, told her we’re going home and gave her an earful in the car. I know some people on this app and modern life may argue “well she had a right to do so she already broke up with you!” Yeah well I don’t care. I don’t want this $&)? In my life. I don’t always want to be suspicious of my partner. Jealousy and infidelity are boner killers to me.
She begged me to contact her soon but I don’t plan to. Trust is broken. This chapter is closed.
Absolutely right call. Sending positive vibes
I would be dying to know the reason why she dumped me first… depending on what it was, I would either forgive her or take her back and dump her to get revenge. Sorry I’m petty.

Can we hear more about what happened last time? Why did she dump you?
