I have a final round interview for a consultant role with Deloitte GPS (Finance and Enterprise Performance). I already had a behavioral and case interview today. What should I expect from the partner interview?

Have an offer for a Senior Consultant position with EY GPS (Enterprise Risk and Internal Audit).

I just had a 50% increase in compensation @ my startup. I’m super happy, but given the current market, I’m highly considering telling my CEO that I’m happy to go back to my old salary or even lower if that puts the company in a better position financially and strategically. Should I do it? What are the pros and cons?

Any recommendations for ways to build a solid IT knowledge base?

I graduated with a Marketing degree, got staffed in a PM role for a couple of IT/ Network Infrastructure projects, and learning about the different aspects of that field over the past year has really excited me.

I’m now looking to possibly explore the tech route a bit more outside of consulting, but I’m not sure where to start.

Any TPM from industry switched to consulting big 4 ? Is it easy? Or very difficult?

What are options of jobs / roles / companies to switch to from consulting? 3 years at big 4 and extremely burnt out. Don’t know where to start looking. Any advice from someone who has or is going through the same would be so much appreciated 🤗

Anyone heard of Acumen? Thoughts? Although a downgrade in brand name, itd be an opportunity for me to focus on the kind of work ive been wanting to specialize in whereas staying @Accenture, its a crapshoot where the work seems to take me to so many different industries, different software/platforms, different domains with an inability to really gain mastery.
