Is showing longevity at a company a good reason to not take an offer? I got an offer from AWS recently but I’ve been leaving jobs at ~1yrs. I’ve had 5 jobs in my 6 yoe. Longest job held was ~2.5yrs. I like where I’m at, the WLB is good and the leadership/people are nice as well. I don’t see a reason to leave as this company reached out to me and the pay isn’t that much more significant.
