My highest paying job wont let me change schedules what should I do. I have 3 jobs. Job 1 is $57,008 a year job 2 is 23/hr job 3 is 22/hr job 1 and two are full time. Job 2 is very flexibly schedule as I’m home based. But I like job one but they won’t let you change your schedule until month 6 as it is considered a new position. They did not tell me my real schedule until after training and it’s causing a lot of depression working overnight on the weekend… what should I do?

I just got offered a job with a firm that has billable hour requirements. I’ve never had had billable hours. Is is appropriate to ask what the billable requirements are? I have a good idea from someone I know who works in a different department but want to confirm what they told me. They also provided vacation time of 3-5 weeks.
