I don’t understand motive of panelist in the interview. I attended Thoughtworks where their first level is pair coding. we have to optimize the code on the fly. The interviewer is hurry, while I was doing a change in code they jump to next question without hearing what we’re saying and in fact it resemble they want to reject me from start. Even not explained properly on my question on role descrb. I believed Thoughtwork has good interview process. Anyone faced same experience?

In my interview the panel asked me support related questions, Salesforce limitation, present bugs in the Salesforce and Business Process Implementation. There were zero sales related questions.

What are the typical differences (+ and -) between PM Role in b2b and b2c organisations? Holding an offer from both, with 10L more in b2b and another b2c paying less. I'm seeing a lot of certificates and courses but from where I stand, someone who wants to practice DEI in an org should have a post secondary education in a related field, and the DEI certificate is perhaps the icing on the cake? Having just a certificate is not enough.
