Hello Fintech team,
I'd love to have some insight on Contis
https://www.contis.com/?
Location : London
If anyone is familiar with it: they are in Open banking, payments space and I'd be interviewing with them for a product role this week.
Any insight on culture, products, teams, London based opportunity, etc. would be very helpful! Thanks a ton for your support

Be honest. They need to know how messed up they are.
Not at all, I’d rather have the possibility of going back if I need to

Depends if you ever want to work there again.
very. nothing to lose at that point. though sadly your words rarely go beyond HR.
Not at all, it's a HR tick boxing exercise, most of the time as you're already leaving they don't care much, it's a big risk to go all out in exit interviews in such a small industry
Agree. Exit Interviews are little more than a formality. Your grievances about how so-and-so treated you or how you felt undervalued go straight in the rubbish bin at most agencies. Just smile and hand over your security badge. Then air your grievances here if you need closure.
