Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. It’s going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks

There are not that many local clients but cost of living is much better. Not sure what the market pay scale is but sac is technically considered a satellite office of sf. If anything, probably won't be a pay cut and you will end up with more money in your pocket.
It’s slow up there and you may end up on Bay Area clients even though you live in Sacramento.
I've heard pay cuts are rare, you just won't see a raise for a few years.
^thats what everyone told me too but I just transferred offices and my salary was "adjusted to be in line with the market"
I'm aware and ok with reasonable pay cut. Just curious about the market up there and if it has been historically easy for people to transfer to such a small office - would be most curious in this if any PwCers have info abt this.
