I’ll be very busy (~65 hrs a week all of Feb) so that would put my teams in bad place if they let me go right away. I personally wouldn’t mind because i won’t be that busy at the new place and also I’ll start accruing PTO earlier - i won’t be getting a payout here at EY since e have unlimited pto. I wonder if they’ll still let people go ASAP in the middle of busy season

Where the hell do we apply after 3 years as tech consultants at a big 4? I feel overqualified for a senior analyst position in the industry, but often times under-qualified for the manager level.
