Experienced Hire (4 yrs) masters (non MBA) offered no signing bonus and 79k for BTA. When should I expect a promotion? Or should I get MBA and apply for another role. This feels really low

Hi, I'm almost at the end of NP. I've two offers in hand with different roles and similar packages.

2. Product analyst at Livspace.

While package is my second priority, role and job security is more important.. My aim is to get into product manager roles and I've been waiting for this since forever.
