Does anyone know the comp range for AlixPartners EI group at the VP level? Is it worth considering a move from Deloitte? Starting the interview process but had never heard of them until last month. Reviews on fishbowl look great but brand doesn’t seem as global compared to D/PwC Thoughts?
In the spirit/format of another recent job referral posting; I’m looking to help provide referrals for EY!

Has anyone done the vet tech thing?
Love it! Congrats brother.
Congrats brother! GSD! That’s what we do!! Level 11, MBA and an E6 in the reserves. I like ACN but it doesn’t hurt to stay looking around.
No real secret. Got lucky on a project and the client leadership needed to get things done quickly. I stepped in and did it, as we all know how to do.
Turns out there was a junior position available (20% better salary than SA/C) on their team. I applied on my own, networked, interviewed and then got an offer to interview for a more senior position. Repeated steps before and now I start June 1. Took about 30 days from application to start date. Pretty crazy. It was obviously God’s will in my life and I just let Him do it.
That’s amazing. Love hearing these kinds of success stories. Very motivating. Congrats!!!! Let us know if you guys are ever hiring 😂
As promised, Wells Fargo is my new home. They actually list military experience in their process improvement roles as well as other positions.
What is the pay band for a VP at Wells?
HOW. Where. Teach us.
Agree completely with your approach. I’ve always thought the veteran community relies too heavily on credentialing (Unranked MBAs, random master’s, PMP, lean sigma, etc etc).
I’ve gotten to the same place+pay as my peers with all the above. Although I wouldn’t discourage anyone to better themselves professionally through credentialing, it shouldn’t be at the expense of putting time/effort in what gets you the biggest returns and likelihood for success: In my personal experience, I’ve found its all about your network contacts (good quality ones! Not a bunch of people in the same boat as you), industry experience, letting your work speak for itself, being able to identify+seize opportunities when they come, and the good ol’ who-you-know 😉
1) what position and where?
2) what is GSD
3) Congrats!
1) Will disclose at a later time
2) Getting S Done
3) Thanks
Damn, congrats! I’m the same way..no fancy MBA and just get the work done. Would love more details
Sure. I posted today about it but anything more specific you can reach out.
Congrats dude!
Damn! That’s really awesome! I’m hoping to do the same in next few months. Congrats!!!
What’s your role at WF ?
Congrats!! So you’re now making 160-200?
What type of role if you don’t mind sharing?
VP position with a Fortune 50 company. I don’t fully understand the hierarchy but I would equate it to a Senior Manager in role and responsibilities.
Congrats dude! At accenture with corporate experience and MBA and I was offered level 10..... 😔😔. I need to jump!
OP, I interview all the time. Reasons are the ones you said. A bullet on my resume and a steady check.
Damn 2x salary could be the largest pay increase I’ve ever heard of. Congrats! What level were you at wishin Accenture? What type of company is it? Are you VP of North America ?
It’s really not that huge of an increase when you are coming from SA pay after leaving O3E pay. And no, not VP of North America, but one of a few VPs in a line of business for a financial institution.
