During the interview sell your experience. Have examples of roles you've taken and tasks performed that are manager level in nature. Remember titles don't mean shit, it's all about your abilities and what work you've done. If you've performed manager level tasks and responsibilities and have that level of technical knowledge then just make sure you convey that during your interview by having good examples.

Please, I need your opinion on this. I have 6 years of experience as a software developer and just finished my masters degree in data science. Now I am looking for a job here in the US. I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation. They emailed me back saying that I am no longer in this process anymore with no further explanation and in Thanksgiving day. Is that normal?that email really got me very upset

How many firms is too many? I’ve practiced 13 years. Since I was a 1st year associate, every 3 years or so I’ve been recruited for another opportunity that is hard to pass up. I’ve been at my current firm 3 years and got the call again, again about an opportunity that is hard to pass up. I don’t like having a reputation of a flight risk, but this keeps happening. Should I decline to pursue the opportunity just so I have a longer track record at my current firm? This will be my 4th if I move.

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year.
