People make it seem like her entire life was nothing but Deloitte. I would hate that when I die all people did was compare me to my employer.

I appreciate that they are even speaking out about her. That’s the only info they had about her to begin with from her LinkedIn, so media clung to it.

If Deloitte does something (which in this case they did) - some cry foul If Deloitte does nothing - some cry foul There’s no winning, so it’s best to do more, least you be accused of not caring enough. My two cents
It is high time that New York subways and San Francisco BART put glass safety barriers between rail tracks and platforms like they have in London or Singapore. Sad to see such a promising life cut short. She was originally from Fremont, CA where my children did their primary education. There is nothing wrong with honoring her memory. Even better, they should make a case for public safety by pushing for glass safety barriers in public transportation system especially in densely populated cities.
