Ah yes, I read that wrong. Typically companies aren't sharing anything confidential with you until you're hired. Unless perhaps they're hiring your for a specific client or project and need to interview you in that vein.
Huh? Why is a company asking you to sign any forms before you're hired? I think that usually happens on your first day or when they send a packet before day 1 and ask you to bring it Day 1 or return by mail.
An NDA is frequently used at higher levels to allow discussions about corporate finances and other “secret sauce” topics.
