I have offers from both United Health Group and Atlassian for a Senior Financial Analyst position. Similar Comp (Atlassian slightly higher due to stock options). Coming from another healthcare company as a SFA, does anyone have experience at either company? In the long term, does Atlassian look better on a resume/work experience due to the Tech/Software space? I am working as a JL6 employee (8 years of IT exp) in Infy with an approx CTC of 17.5 lpa (including allowances). I have a got a verbal offer from TCS for Rapid Automation Lead (C3A band) in the CoE team with 50% hike on my current CTC. Though I have asked for 60% hike, HR said she will get back to me on my ask. Now, there is a possibility that Infy might initiate UK visa for me in the upcoming months which would be ICT visa only. Just wanted your thoughts on TCS' work culture etc.

Question on H-1B and LCA. 1) If one lives in New Jersey and works in New York and LCA is already filed and confirmed for H-1B, do they need to file another LCA with home address now that they work from home due to covid? 2) Also, for state tax withholding, HR might need to update “employer work location” on HR profile. Does that require filing of H-1B amendment - maybe it is considered employer address changes? Does it require another LCA? Stick both LCA on wall?
