Our company of 110 EEs has separate providers for payroll and HRIS, not happy with either products. I’m gathering data to make a pitch to move everything into an all-in-one HRIS + payroll.

I have never come across as rude as tcs onboarding team HR. . Tata Consultancy They are literally incapable of handling of a crowd of 100 people and. I am surprised how they are planning to onboarding avg of 200 people on single day. I’m a 9th year in Big Law and have been struggling to get much work done the last 1.5 months. Mentioned this to my doctor at my recent visit, and she offered to increase my Vyvanse dosage, but I told her I wanted to see if it got better soon. I’m wondering now if it’s burnout. I am working as an ETL developer along with SQL and unix from past 4 years and want to switch to big data. Have started learning python and now want to learn spark. Is this the right direction to move to data engineering field. Can anyone suggest some good spark udemy courses that will cover big data from basics.

I’m not old BUT when I was younger I thought it was important to have all the alphabets after my name (I.e. Phr, SHRM and all the others). I learning that the younger crowd coming into the market thrives off these identifiers yet they know very little about the real world aspects of the job. I watch leadership roll their eyes at the email footers. I feel like keeping those attached to my name hurts my credibility so I removed them…. I’m I thinking wrong?
