Get up early or take advantage of bench time
To an extent it's also how smart you study. Don't simply solve with no ulterior motive. I found that digging into why I was getting stuff wrong rather than simply looking at the answer and moving on helped a lot.
It's hard but doable. Do lessons for an hour or two when you get home everyday and do practice problems whenever you have down time in the office or on the flight home. Spend weekends focused on doing actual full length practice exams. Just accept that your life is going to suck for 1-2 months but that it'll be worth it for a good score
I took a week of vacation to study. Went from 690 practice to 740
Thanks for the advice. Studied 6+ hours a day for 2 months with nothing else to do before starting and still couldn't break 700. May need to devote more than a few months to it...
Iphone app to prep was clutch on planes, trains, buses, cars, etc
It's a tough process. I studied 1-2 hours after work every day (usually like 10pm-12am) for like 2 months + weekends and couldn't break 700 either. Best of luck.
Wake up early and study for an hour a day. I did Manhattan GMAT and the program is pretty structured so I just did a chapter or so a day.
