What do you do when a junior flat out refuses to do work? Tried to staff a junior who told me she was at capacity…everyone is busy and she’s billing at 45-50 hrs a week while others bill 50-60. The staffing coordinator was the one who told me she’s available.

My husband is a drug addict. He’s been doing MDMA every week. He says I’m overreacting and tries to justify it by saying it’s no different than having a glass of wine. He uses it to relax and chill out. He is up all night and is so hung over the next day. It takes him 2 days to get over it. He sleeps during that time. HSA for Working Parents now on the Same Insurance Policy. My husband and I have been on our own insurance plans and contributing to our HSAs, but with the birth of my daughter my husband dropped his insurance and is covered by my family plan. He is now getting charged fees by his HSA provider for not making contributions. They told him he can’t transfer the HSA to my plan because HSAs can’t transfer to another person.
