You are eligible for upto $25,000 combined lifetime maximum benefit per family to cover the cost of fertility procedures. In addition, you’re eligible for up to $10,000 lifetime maximum for related fertility prescription drug costs.
Also curious if this includes freezing eggs if you are single?

I’m guessing you mean whether you have to have a medical necessity, defined as having a medical condition where the treatment of the condition would render the individual infertile. Yes you do for freezing and preservation. However, egg retrieval as well as donor egg retrieval is covered.
No more wait one year for leave...also doubt you have to wait to use fertility benefit...that seems really harsh
