I'm in the group.. is this with an EY recruiter? Are there external jobs posted for this? It's solid and interesting work for sure... customer experience strategy would be very relevant... overall it depends how you define strategy and operations, we are generally both defining consumer centric strategies in addition to helping impatiens operationalize them, or develop the plan to do so. I'm here if you have any questions

Thanks SC. Yeah, from EY recruiter. I'm mostly curious bc we almost never come across EY in pitches, but perhaps that's because we lean tech. Does your group mostly compete with big4? Mbb? I'm traditionally doing journey map work across sales, service, marketing orgs.

We do journey mapping and compete against other big 4 and sometimes design firms where we have a more end to end value proposition. We get a lot of business from our other practices as well who are entrenched with clients on PMI, etc. from time to time we compete against MBB but we usually have different entry points. There's also digital CX work, is that what your recruiter is contacting you about? Email me if you want some more input and to understand more about what's available. CustomerFishEY@gmail.com

I studied SCM in college but I’ve been working through tech implementations on the ptp side for about 4 years now - it’s been all indirect client work though and no supply chain.
