EY folks please help me. I am confused. For maternity leave in the state of CA:
We have disability leave, EY parental leave, and optional CA paid family leave. Which one comes first? Say I want to....

4 weeks prior to due date, 6 weeks std if vaginal birth, 8 weeks if c section. Then 16 weeks paid parental leave, any PTO, then unpaid leave to get CA PFL. Someone double check me

like

Take 3 weeks prior to due date, and then the rest. Do I use the whole disability weeks first then start the 16 weeks of EY parental leave?

Also, when should I file with CA for disability leave? I called the leave management team and the lady wasn't clear about all of this. She just sent me a general email with forms.

I would appreciate your help! :)

Thank you so much EY1!

Also, how long it takes to get base location changed through HR in TCS?

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

Looking for potential roles in PDX. Posting a redacted resume. The heading on this resume is for customer solutions professional, but I am also really great with data entry and very tech savvy. I am also taking classes in python. Something in the greater PDX area would be strongly preferable since I don't have a car (I do have a driver's license, just to clarify) unless the work is within a reasonable commute. I also have a lot healthcare experience. Ping me!

Some of the white generational wealth I've seen as a financial advisor is actually scary. It's laughable that we expect people without that privilege to ever achieve success in the same ways and to the same degree. Chances are even if you do, you'll have had to work harder in your life than they ever have. Lowkey kind of makes me sick to my stomach.
