Took that class and liked it a lot, it's good

Make sure to run it by your project mgrs so it doesn't cause a conflict on your engagement, and so you can go the full week

Thnx EY3!

You should consider going during your competency's learning week for better networking opps

EY3 if only I had a clue what that was ;-)

Search by course name, they're labeled "FY17 ___ Learning Event" and are sector and competency specific. I saw CP&R, Strategy/Customer, Life Sciences, Healthcare and some others.

I was laid off from a resource management role, working with employees approaching or on the bench, working with managers to staff projects, and support functions like report creation, scheduling, etc. Roles like this are few and many large consulting firms have frozen internal hiring. Do you think it would be beneficial to get a SHRM cert? Would that help get a "talent related" HR role? Worth the money? I have a background in recruitment as well.
