I incorrectly filled my firstName which has two words without spaces as it was not allowing spaces in the MindTree onboarding portal.

Can it modified after joining MindTree ?

As I'm moving to a new role in a small company, I have a doubt about my salary structure like the Basic salary part is only 20,000 while my take home is 62k after all deductions.

I'm concerned because the leave encashment & other things totally depends on the basic salary.

Are there not any rules for the Basic salary to be at a certain % of CTC or it depends totally on the company?

Also PF deductions they are offering only 1800 p.m but considering 20000 basic it should be 12% of 20000 right?

Currently in strategy consulting and have been for the last few years. Beginning to look for exit opps in Corporate Strategy roles with the desire to stay in Chicago. Have done a bit of research and come across a few firms, one of which is at a seemingly large tech firm called Relativity. Is any here familiar with the firm? A couple of weeks back someone posted a success story and mentioned they can write a book about salary negotiation experience. I thought that was exaggerated. Now, I can write my own book. 😂 Why should it be so stressful? I am pretty sure a company like Google can simplify this.
