Hi fishes! Decision help needed - I have been presented the opportunity to work on an internal industry thought leadership project. The first problem is that it is outside my area of expertise (data science) where I want to continue growing. I’m afraid it will impact my personal brand and ring-fence me for the future. The second problem is commitment as we talk about a year at least. I need to get back if I’m taking it and wanted to hear some of your valued opinions.

At ACN, who actually tells you you are getting laid off? HR, your CC, or Partner or a combo? Just checking for a friend of mine.
I would really like to be remote once in 4-5 weeks. This was a norm on my previous gig. No one considers it here. Should I bring it up to the SM?
