We have a return to office plan.
It is specific to local office, and has four phases where increasing numbers of people are allowed to go to the office. Believe there's at least a month between each phase.
Local case rate trends and testing availability are what get us from one phase to another.
So far, very few offices have even made it to phase one.
Thank you! Your very last sentence was what I am looking for. None of the big companies I know are ordering employees to return or giving people a timeline (say return on June 1) so I was speculating that major EY offices aren’t either. I saw the phased approach of EY but I don’t know if any office has actually entered phase 1 since the number of case has been trending down nationwide for weeks since Jan and tests aren’t in shortage (which theoretically would have tiggered phase 1 in many offices)
