Can't expense lunch but a gym visit? Healthy 😉
Believe the policy states $15/day, but I would double check that
The policy discusses whether the gym in the hotel is "adequate". It will get through GT&E with no issues. Question becomes: are you comfortable with your manager or whoever runs your budget seeing you are doing this. If the gym is truly "inadequate", then yes, do it. If your manager or higher is using the hotel gym daily, and you're out there deeming it "inadequate" and munching up budget, what kind of look is that?
Ur right @ey1
Can we put that towards a spin class?
Hmm
Thoughts on expensing if there's a gym in the hotel? Have heard different approaches to this.
Yeah I'd say use judgement - for me the gym only has two treadmills and an elliptical so it's not adequate for my workouts
