Culture is good. A lot of friendly and helpful people. It’s government work so the people are a little more down to earth than the commercial side.

Hours can vary depending on your project. I personally had a demanding project that required 50-60 hour weeks. Some people are on projects that are 40 hours every week.

Travel is little to none. Most of the government clients are in the DMV area. You’ll probably only travel during physical walkthroughs of data centers that are in other states/cities.

Hello everyone!
I recently found out that I was being paid less than everyone in the team (more than 25% gap to more expe teammates, around 15% less than new hires)
We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).
Things to consider:
On a work visa
Non-white
Non-male
What would you recommend doing?
Keeping it to myself?
Speaking up? How? With who?

-TIA
