Anyone willing to connect and provide coaching on how to get into MBB or management consulting in general? I recently have an interview with one of the MBB for EM position, I don't think I would get it, but interested in learning more as I've always wanted to do management consulting. I plan to reapply in a year or so.

I’m interviewing for a tech exit and one of the panel interviewers is an ex-Deloitte SM that is basically best friends with the partner I work under frequently. The ex-Deloitte SM said they wouldn’t mention that I’m interviewing to the partner. The hiring manager from the tech exit basically said I had the job if I want it. What are the chances the ex-Deloitte SM tells the partner and vetos my hire at the tech exit out of respect for their friend?

Can anyone share their experiences moving from living in a major city (NYC/SF/Chicago) after years to a really tiny town? Was it worth it? Hi, I recently accepted an offer at GCP as an Ent. AE. I left AWS for this since Google has always been a dream employer. But now, I feel I might not have negotiated better, and accepted a too low offer. So, I would appreciate your feedback. Did I make a mistake or am I on the right compensation level? I have 11 YOE: 5 years as an AM and 6 years as an AE/Sr AE. My pack is (USD): - Base 94K + Target 140K = Total of 234K - Fixed pay month 1-3: 19.5K/month = 58.5K - RSU’s: 61.5K over 4 years
