I gave interview in TCS and cleared TR,MR and then had connect with CLIENT too. And then HR called and asked regarding compensation and my ask was 23LPA with 7years experience. I was told to submit documents and all which I did. And they have now suddenly scheduled one more round CLIENT CONNECT. Can anyone let me know if anyone has gone through this process in TCS and why client round is happening again? Or i have not been selected for previous client and this new client?

What is the decision-making process like after MBB (more specifically in BCG and Bain) final round interviews? Can one or two partners overrule another or advocate for you strongly to sway another person’s opinion? Completed my interviews and feel like I did stronger in one than in the other and nervous about hearing back lol

I am an office coordinator at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and want to break into the field of research. MSK has research coordinator roles, however when I initially applied after graduating, I didn’t get any interviews. I have minimal experience with research from undergrad. I’m not sure if it is possible to switch roles within MSK. I also want to go back to school for an MPH. Anyone have any experience with this or any tips?

I work at a firm that is predominantly white. We live in an area that's predominantly Hispanic, but they don't speak Spanish. I do and I'm always used as a translator. It's very annoying because I don't even get brought it on the case. They only want me to translate or talk to witnesses and that's it. It takes me away from my real work. Did I act irrationally here? I had an initial consultation with a therapist the other day to get a referral to a psychiatrist for BD + ADHD. I've called them to get the appointment set up but no response. So today, I found a new provider and was able to get an appointment booked directly with a psychiatrist next Wednesday.... I joined EY in the mid of October. I didn’t get any email to update the bank details in greytHR portal.If I try to access it, it throws than error that I don’t access to login .But, I have updated on success factor portal.

Will I receive the salary this month? Or do we need to specifically update in greytHR portal only then salary will be processed?

Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
