How can I word an email follow-up with a recruiter to let them know that I am weighing my options in regard to job opportunities and would like to keep this one on the table? I don’t want to say it exactly like that because I feel that it sounds too direct. But it’s been a little over a week since my last (final) interview and I’ve had no follow up from them. I got email from LTI "Thank you for applying to LTIMindtree and going through our complete selection process" on 27 Sept but after 1 week I follow up on offer letter she said my approval got rejected due high expectation (35% hike ). We re-negotiate at 6 Oct (30% hike). Now they will release offer letter or not ?

Are Indian-Americans persons of color? I’m open to honest criticism if they’re not. I feel bad “hogging” any chance for other diverse attorneys to get in the door and find success in the legal profession (especially African-American attorneys) but at the same time so much closet bias against Indian-American attorneys exists in law firms across America. Getting business is often hard because we don’t “look the part” as a white colleague once told me.

🐠 who got mba’s in the US - what is the recruitment situation like ? Do most companies sponsor h1b ? Assume T20 MBA.
Context - Did my undergrad in the US @ a T10 Non Ivy (target school for all firms/industries) and had a big challenge recruiting for non engineering roles due to sponsorship and don’t want to repeat that experience again. Would rather do EU (LBS/INSEAD) if thats the case…
