I’m a staff (been here about a year) and have a senior who is traditionally not well liked. Her and I however get along pretty well. Recently I did something not to the standard she had wanted (twice). I asked to be walked through it and she started the phone call essentially being like what happened here? Why was this such a problem? I honestly just had no idea what she was looking for wasn’t what she wanted. She’s never walked me through a WP and I went off of PY.
