EY MD Poll: Before unlimited vacation we had 28 days (25 + 3). By closing the office in July and December they added 6 more days off , so apples to apples it’s 22. How many vacation days do you typically take in a year now?

I have worked as customer service advisor in TCS for over 3 years. My last ctc in TCS was 240000rs pa but in BT the HR has sent me an offer letter of 250000 cts. The HR said that they are giving 30% hike on the top of my basic salary which is 120000 in tcs. But the BT offer letter shows a basic salary of 112000. What should I do? BT British Telecom

I have over 400 emails.. I handle them in order received. I have a handful of people who (usually assistants) follow up every single day. I’ll start - when PPs say that while PPs make a lot more $$ than MDs, in reality MDs can make much more over their career because…we don’t have mandatory retirement at 60.

After split what’s the speculation on whether PPs will become MDs or still have a partner track like Goldman sacks? Heard from a PP that they expect to keep title. Doesn’t make any sense to me.
