EY-P fishes How much is the salary difference for the same roles in US and Canada? I read somewhere that for typical non strategy consulting work at Big4, salaries in Canada can be 30-50% lower than US, but for MBB salaries stay roughly the same. Where on the spectrum does EY-P lie?

Leaving MBB was the best decision I ever made. I know many view it as a professional pinnacle, but it's not the end-all, be-all it's hyped up to be. If you haven't been able to make it, try again if you'd like, but don't let MBB define your career. It's not worth it. Plenty of other amazing firms out there.
