I know Intel has lot of benifits like free cab, child day care reimbursement, telephone bill reimbursement, 15% discount on shares purchase, very good leave structure, Free UDEMY for developing skills, Intel wiki for lot of knowledge gathering etc... Any idea about samsung? Intel Corporation Samsung
Upcoming Data Analyst Interview with Healthcare startup company - Clarify Health Solutions. There are 6+ rounds and I’ve only made it through one. Super anxious as I’ve seen online that they tend to ghost throughout the process and it’s hard to get an offer. Can anyone provide any tips or pointers?

Sounds in line with what I saw for Deloitte offer in Chicago. I will say though the merit increases seem to beat Accenture and Deloitte. I think Deloitte has better bonuses though.
For reference, average performances received a 12% increase this year.
That’s good! Was this across the two raises or just one? I think EY gave mid year raises too?
EY comp lags competition. Bring other offers or just go elsewhere if they more readily value what you bring. Not great to be at top of EY pay bracket as it will be considered every year in pay raise.
Agree
Consultant at Accenture is equivalent to Senior Associate in PAS…. After consultant you go to manager at Accenture. I’ve also been interviewing across human capital consulting groups and EY told me something similar for salary (125k). I’d recommend getting the Accenture offer and using it as leverage to negotiate higher offer or just going with The firm that pays the most.

Yes, your assumption is right. Senior at EY = consultant at ACN.
Went from EY to ACN and what you could be missing is traditionally EY doesn’t pay as much, at lower levels. Partners will tell you it’s a long game and you make more than other companies as you go up (at partnership level. Below that competitors pay more)
EY goes: staff (2 years), senior (3 years)
ACN: analyst, senior analyst, consultant
They cover the same period of time
Also just to point out that inflation is 6% this year in CPI and likely more so a 12% raise is really just 6% again. Not bad, but also not amazing keep in mind.

Appreciate you saying that. And industry raises are typically 3% which is standard inflation. 12% annually year after year is pretty damn good. 6% inflation or not.
Use to work at sales force. Increases def not 6%
