Sending you a DM - thanks!
Don’t have the ability to DM yet lol…. But interested!
Just left PAS, not surprising to see this considering the mass exodus that is going on rn
EY 1, can you allude more to „ very few PAS have MBAs“ - where would MBAs go if they wanted to work in this field? Just asking b/c I was looking into that and have an MBA. - thanks for your thoughts.
Any info pls on a exp SC total comp for MCOL or HCOL and M or MBA; base + performance + sign on
Deloitte SC (3rd title) is also equivalent to more YOE than EY SC (2nd title)
What’s the salary band for senior CM consultants?
Yeah seriously EY pay is so much lower, they need to adjust or ppl will just leave them for D or others
I’m an M2 at Deloitte with a lot of Change and Learning experience making $170k…could I expect to clear $200k coming in as a ver experienced M or SM at EY PAS?
Also depends on city
I had an interview a week or so ago and was told id be recommended for next step game based assessment and virtual interview recording. Recruiter did not know what compensation was, but I think i didnt hear back yet b/c i make more than what is stated here widely for this position only being 80-100k for PAS SC. That seems rather low… ?! anyways, Also any advice how to familiarize or prepare for game based assessment? Ill follow back up with them but wanna be prepared in case i get next step.
PAS Senior Consultants clear more than 80-100k. Honest range is closer to 90k to 140k.
How the culture? I’m probably too experienced for manager but looking for a shift
Culture is fantastic in my opinion, not toxic at all from my perspective, huge encouragement of WLB and most respect outside office hours boundaries, not perfect for everyone though
I’m currently interviewing for a role in PAS. Crossing my fingers!!
Has anyone been through the interview process? Seeking some advice. I had one and was moved to next phase. Initially it said ill have have a game based assessment along with video recorded interview and now i have 3 back to back video interviews. Not sure what the nature of the interview is going to be and seeking advice so i can prepare in best ways possible. Im thinking these 3 interview with different people will not be like the first just presenting my experience. That would be redundant and inefficient. They could just share notes? Hence, Maybe some will have behavioral assessment or aptitude questions? Anyone have any insights or been through the process? Any case studies involved or something else? Thanks much!
Sent you a DM :)

What about senior managers?
Limited spots for senior managers from what I’ve heard
6 months ago, I left Tax to do consulting, gain experience, and boomerang back to PAS. Do you think it's too early come back? I also did a rotation with PAS but that was with Mobility

@C1: I have a good hunch 😉 the new firm not working out?
What's the PAS culture around practice development initiatives (Deloitte - required; Accenture "plus ones" - optional / encouraged)?
Encouraged. No one will force you into something, but if you want a good brand you should probably be working on things outside of client work.
They hiring Cs? What’s the salary range
