I love the firm I work at but I should be promoted into a higher role. It was dangled when I took the job and I’m at the time period where they said it would happen (I took a pay cut as well and have performed a high level). How do I respectfully remind them that it’s time? Im wondering if I need an offer from someplace else in hand prior to discussing? My preference is to stay and get the $$$ and title that we’re promised.

I’m only 7 weeks and I haven’t been sleeping well for the last 3 weeks. I go to pee every couple hours and I can’t find a comfortable position to sleep. I’m a stomach sleeper and although I’m still able to sleep on my stomach, my boobs are sore and it hurts. Sleeping on my sides is uncomfortable and I’m trying to not sleep on my back. Anyone going through the same thing? Has anything helped? I feel like it’s too early to buy a pregnancy pillow 🥲
