"Significantly increasing" lol welcome to Deloitte Dilemma
🤡
Rising Star
I will believe it when I see it. “Significant” is a very broad term, good news nonetheless though
Lol, EY11 so what does that mean to us in terms of bonus and raise?
“What’s the so what?”
Hey EY 🐠🐟 just saying
Significantly higher front historical averages means
5% average hike to 6% average hike (20% increase)
Yes! This is what I keep trying to tell people.
Rising Star
+50% to the performance bonus pool. But now staff are in the pool (they should have always been in it). It'll be interesting to see how that plays out.

I’m coming home
Pro
50% increase of pbb fund pool is legitimately significant in any hypothesis test
Pro
No one is saying it’s 50% more for everyone; meanwhile no way staffs add more than 1/4 of eligible so it hits alpha nonetheless
God I hope they don’t mess this up. They better be preparing to give some decent raises with an announcement like that.
What happened?
Today at noon. More info during the All-Hands call next week
Haha D1, hope its better than our 'meaningful AIP'😅😭
As a CBS person, I don’t get excited...
Rising Star
It boggles my mind that BD gets lumped in with CBS salary wise despite their role in bringing business into the firm
We have no context other than it will be more than pre pandemic levels lol
I knew something similar was supposed to happen after seeing PWC in news. I just hope it's better.
I won’t be 😐
God damn! Need to extend that joining date now

KPMG - are you listing?
Is this for everyone at EY or is this just for a specific group within EY?
