EY Senior Associate PAS GPS salary?

I have got confirmation of clearing the technical and managerial round with Amdocs, I have HR round tomorrow. So wanted to get some guidance on if I join as Team lead position, is it Good to join looking at it from layoff perspective.
I have been in my current company for more than 7+ years, so guide me if it is safe to join over companies like Cognizant, Wipro and TCS which I have already got offer ?

Got offers from Nagarro 22.5lpa fixed, EY GDS 20.5 fixed + 10% variable and Cognizant 20.5 fixed. Having 6.5yrs of experience working in the business marketing domain and not into technical.

Cognizant and Nagarro are giving me hometown location where as Gurgaon for EY. Considering the recent layoffs, please share your views which one to join?

When looking at both evals, I found that Admin changed some things after I got my copy which lowered my overall score. Went to my union rep about it, and now I have a conference with my principal. Did I do the right thing, or should I have just let it be?

2. Senior Manager at Start up fully remote, $120k base + 10% bonus + 10,000 stock options + full Heath, +$1k yearly to travel.

I love the idea of working in venture capital or start-ups, but cannot stand the people. I find the culture extremely performative, and the people incredibly self-important.

What does it mean when a recruiter says the midpoint of the base salary is $100k? I believe they may have an upper limit, and if yes, what do u think it is? How much flexibility they may have? This is a tech company - non FAANG. Starting to look for new job.. in my late 20s. Thanks.
