My husband got a sleep study done and just got told that he has severe sleep apnea. So a CPAP or Inspire are his options. Inspire seems invasive and we are definitely not going down that route. Anyone tried CPAP for sleep apnea ? Did it help ? if yes, which one did you use? Most of them seem too dreadful with pipes etc.,
Also he is a lil overweight, did loosing weight help any of you with snoring and sleep apnea? #TIA #SleepHelp

Advice needed- I’m working a lot these days (70 hour weeks) and my gf does all the cooking during the week. On the weekends she wants to take a break from that and be taken care of, so she wants me to do the cooking and cleaning, but that is the last thing I want to do after working so much. I’d rather hire someone to clean and get takeout for us but she doesn’t like those things so she ends up cooking and I end up cleaning and neither of us is pleased. Thoughts?

I’ve built a reputation I’m proud of @ my company. I’m underpaid for what I do (started as an intern) & recently asked for a market adjustment. Management acknowledged that I’m undervalued & plans to set me up for a promotion. It’d come with more responsibility, which doesn’t align with my goals.

Is it wise for me to remain open to a promotion just for increased pay? Or should I be transparent with management about my goals (& possibly not get the pay I’m asking for)? Or any other tips?
