Hi everyone! I’ve been working as a product manager in an internal consulting department at Kaiser Permanente a on software product that maps and automates clinical workflows. Any particular segment of sales good for ex-finance? I am a career nanny who previously owned and operated her own nanny referral agency in Hawaii for five years...then Covid came along and wiped it right out of business since March 2020. Senior up for promo to manager in audit in next year. Have decided I do not want to be an auditor. Which of these paths do you think is best?

1. Stay 1 more year, exit to industry with manager title.
2. Move to advisory internally, but most likely would have to do one more year in audit and move as audit manager to advisory sr
3. Exit immediately into industry to try for accounting manager title / senior accountant or sr fin analyst
4. Exit immediately to advisory senior at another big 4 firm
