ACN hands down, they’re killing us in the market. We don’t do “true cyber” work, we’re also facing a lot of issues, and many of our PPMD leaders have left for other firms/jobs. SMs are also dropping like flies.

long term - accenture is better because they will teach you how to deliver cyber security projects. That is what non-consulting firms want. SHort term - it is an easier transition to ey since you both speak the same language
If you are techhy , you won’t like EY or any or the other BiG 4.
Thank you, everyone for the inputs. I’m leaning Accenture and was only pending some paperwork at this point. You were all very helpful.
Hey OP can you provide the base salary offered? I’m an SC right now. Thanks in advance!
Accenture
I worked at EY for a time, the only hands on keyboard folks were in pentesting and a very few select specialized areas. I would go with Accenture of the two choices just based on that alone. I'm dealing with a couple of people at my current firm that come from big 4, quite a few existing team members are having a very hard time working with them as we are a practical application shop.
Which current firm?
Im sure there can be a lot of different experiences at EY, mine seems different from other people's in this thread. I'm a manager and I still do 90% hands on technical work. I know plenty of other qualified technical people in our appsec and pentesting teams.
@EY3 which team are you in - are you also in the pentesting team?
