Our motto is: "The better the question, the better the answer". This was a shitty question. The less shitty (and quintessential MC answer is "it depends". EY is huge, its Advisory division is best in that sweet spot between strategy and operations (ACN is stronger in ops and BCG is stronger in strategy). EY acquired Parthenon which is more of a direct competitor with MBB.

@EY1 worth noting that Parthenon is not part of EY advisory, but part of their Transaction Services and continuing to go to market independently (i.e., as Parthenon or occasionally Parthenon-EY) and staff only their own resources

EY wins it for me. They make A LOT more revenue than BCG. I met a partner at EY once that went to Harvard (for a week long certificate program). BCG is good, but it's no EY.
