EY what is typical compensation for a Manager at your practice? Numbers I’m seeing on Glassdoor seem relatively low compared to the market

I notice that in a lot of compensation conversations YOE is always taken as a key measure. From what I see on this App at least.

although it is important, I feel it is very subjective. No two people with the same YOE are equally adept. Some people may take 5
Years to learn what someone else may have achieved in 2 years.

I am looking for work. Remote work if possible to be be more open to opportunity and not get squished by a small minded market. Why, in the hell, does my physical location have any factor on how much a company will pay me? I am a 15 year seasoned designer/art director and I am fantastic at what I do. I am versatile and can do damn near anything that is tasked to me. If I am compared to someone who lives in a city across the country and my work is better shouldn’t I be earning a better wage?

How do you approach a virtual group of silent students? I have utilized PearDeck,NearPod to engage my PM group but they are mute. My AM group is awesome but this PM group is non-responsive. Especially during reading.

I have not been diagnosed with ADHD. I definitely fit some of the characteristics that go unnoticed in females. The good news is if i do have ADHD, it makes me quite good at my job as I’m very flexible and can provide positive energy to my patients. Anyway, my boss has told me I have ADHD multiple times. It seems rude when she says it, and she follows it up with “I say that because I love you” which i feel is so unprofessional all around. Anyone have guidance on how to handle this?

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.

How do you guys find leads consistently?

I've used Google searches, LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase (trial) and some other tools. I feel like I've exhausted all leads and lucky to nail down 10 new ones a day.

Any tips on getting more?
Ideally start-ups that are hiring or recently funded, with less than 20 employees.
