EY 🐠, what’s your Federal sector like? Project types? Pay for SC level? I’ve been approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn and while I am not actively looking, I’m never closed to other opportunities.

If anyone is wondering, EY recruiter told me the top of their Senior band is 115. I make more than that now so gonna have to pass.

like

Sounds about right

EY was offering me Senior1 for 85k.... I told them thanks but no thanks. BAH also underpays... you’d have to really negotiate well to get in at a level you want.

Portfolio isn’t as strong and the work is pretty mundane. What’s your background I was offered 110

I got $110 for senior at EY and better elsewhere

I studied SCM in college but I’ve been working through tech implementations on the ptp side for about 4 years now - it’s been all indirect client work though and no supply chain. How tough is it to pivot to more process and supply chain based strategy projects - do I need to get my mba. At a smaller firm now and feel like I’d have to jump to an Accenture to actually have the ability to do that kind of work (logistics and trade optimization, planning, manufacturing)

Hi, I am hired as senior test engineer for automation testing profile in EY AND WIPRO The reason I am not selecting EY is just because I don't have any practical exposure working in automation testing and I am afraid that it's better to work in Wipro and get practical exposure and then try for big brands like EY. Also, in EY I will be asked to work in client location. Where I might get into difficult situation Anyone would like to comment on this? Is my decision of selecting wipro correct?

I’m over the moon excited about an opportunity to work as a growth strategist at a startup. It’s client facing where I’d work as a strategy consultant for clients to grow their profits by using the startup’s product/business model. I have some ideas to help them, but I would love to find some good reading on MTO best practices and scheduling.
