Have the hiring screen coming up. The recruiter sent lots of resources and I’ve been doing some prep. Any tips on what to expect and how to wow them? Things to watch out for?

I’m not designated a senior associate, but my small firm (boss, myself, and a paralegal) is hiring a recent grad. Still needs to pass the hazing ritual (aka bar exam). PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
